Sessions times are 60 minutes in the float pool with 30 minutes extra allowed for changing and showering. We can accomodate longer sessions at your request.

At Near Southside each session is 45 minutes in the infrared sauna. You will be in the comfort of a private room with a shower and will have 10 minutes to shower and change after you infrared sauna session.

Yes we offer couples sessions for all services at Near Southside. In each service you will be in the comfort of your own private room. It is often considered a great date night alternative with services being able to be combined so you and your partner can enjoy a healthy spa day together.
